Placement Drive – Building Career Opportunities

Optimus College organizes a Placement Drive every year to provide excellent career opportunities to its students. The placement drives are conducted in both open and closed formats, allowing students to participate based on eligibility and company requirements.

Final-year students actively participate in these drives and get the opportunity to be selected by multiple companies according to their skills and career preferences. The college facilitates placements both within Gwalior and outside the city, expanding career prospects for students.

In the previous year, the starting package was 2.5 LPA, with the highest package reaching 4 LPA.

These placement initiatives ensure that students are well-prepared to step into the professional world with confidence and success.
